A customized Santa Monica design with 2 car garage is set on a hillside on a Wyoming ranch. Completed 2018.

The quintessential cabin in the woods. 1,734 sq ft with cedar siding and a red metal roof. Based on the Sandpiper design. Completed 2017.
MARACAIBO MODERN - SALT SPRING
A custom design to the customers initial concept. A 2,465 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, taking advantage of ocean views and natural light. Completed 2016.
SUNRISE MODERN - SALT SPRING
A very functional 3 bedroom modern design. The starting point was our Dysart plan, but enlarged and re-configured to 1,324 sq ft on one level. On beautiful Salt Spring Island. Now complete.
