EXTERIOR TRIM
Exterior trim for the windows, door and siding can be coordinated to complement the siding. Bandboard can also be added to break the facade and transition to a different siding.
WINDOW UPGRADE
The windows in our standard Linwood home package are vinyl with double glazing, low-e glass and argon gas. These windows are very energy efficient. We have a number of window upgrades available:

Add clear hemlock interior liners.
- Upgrade to triple glazing for even greater energy efficiency.

Wood windows with exterior metal cladding.

Premium exterior colours.

Fiberglass windows.
EXTERIOR DOORS
The standard exterior door units in the Linwood package are insulated steel doors, prehung in metal clad frames with deadbolts and handles. Upgrades include:

Decorative glass in a multitude of designs & styles.

Insulated fibreglass doorSolid wood doors in fir, oak, cherry, alder, maple or walnut. Doors can be in a wood panel design or with a choice of decorative lites.
PRE-STAINED CEDAR SIDING
Cedar siding can be pre-stained in the colour of your choice. The siding material is stained on all sides and arrives on your site ready to be installed. It can be installed in any weather and is protected from the elements. When the weather is suitable a 2nd coat of stain can be applied or touched up.
The siding can be stained one colour and the trims a complementing colour.
Linwood provides actual wood samples for your approval.
TIMBER FRAME
Timber frame accents add architectural interest in key areas of a house. Here, the solid fir timbers, together with pine ceiling liner truly transform this room into a warm and inviting space.
INTERIOR LINER
Interior liner is available in cedar, pine or fir. Shown here in white washed pine it provides a warm atmosphere to the great room.
Typically ceiling liner is added in rooms with vaulted ceilings.
