OCEANSIDE CABIN - DeCOURCY ISLAND
This cabin will be a version of our popular Finch design. But a little larger at 750 sq ft with a sleeping lot. On a boat only access, remote island of Decourcy. A beautiful waterfront lot with spectacular Southern views of Stuart Channel.
Currently in design now, with construction expected to start Summer 2021.
WATERFRONT FARMHOUSE
This project is a custom designed modern farmhouse around 2,200 sq ft plus an attached garage. To be built on an amazing waterfront property on Mayne Island. Currently in design with construction expected to start September 2021.
PARADISE CABIN - PARADISE VALLEY
A cute cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths packed into 1,182 sq ft. A fun getaway cabin just 2 hours east of Vancouver in Paradise Valley. Currently in design with construction expected Summer 2021.
NARROWS EDGE - SALT SPRING
This custom designed home will be built in the Narrows West development on Salt Spring Island. Beautiful water views to the South and West, surrounded by an amazing grove of arbutus trees. A contemporary design one one level with most rooms facing the views. Currently in design phase. Project starting Summer 2021.
WATERFRONT GARDEN BAY - SUNSHINE COAST
Perfect seaside cottage based on Linwood's Cavendish design. A 3 bedroom cabin packed into 1,149 sq ft. Building on Garden Bay on the Sunshine Coast.
Design & engineering completed. Permit imminent. Construction starting April 2021.
COASTAL VIEWS - SALT SPRING
A customized version of our Gibson design. One level living, 2 bedrooms in 1,100 sq ft. Building permit just issued. Construction to begin spring 2021.
KOOTENAY SPLENDOR - SALMO, BC
This wonderful new family home will be built with splendid river views near Salmo BC. 2,400 sq ft with 5 bedrooms. Now under construction. Expected to complete Fall 2021.
ISABELLA FOREST - SALT SPRING
This wonderful craftsman style is being Owner-Built. It's based on Linwood's very popular Prentice design. Currently under construction and will be finished before Fall 2021.
ROOF DECK HOME - HERMOSA BEACH, CA
A custom designed home with an ocean view in Hermosa Beach, California. The best views are from the roof deck! Currently in design. Permits take a while in California so construction not likely until Fall 2021.
BAY ADU- SANTA CLARA, CA
A simple 1,000 sq ft ADU in Santa Clara, California. Construction to start Fall 2021.
PIRATES VIEW - PENDER ISLAND
A custom design on a sloping lot with challenging terrain. We are working with the land and incorporating a large mossed-covered rock in front of the home. The deck cantilevers over top. Design is complete. in for permit. Construction to begin Summer 2021.
CABIN IN THE WOODS - GALIANO ISLAND
A true cabin-in-the-woods based on our Dove design, customized for the site.
Design is complete and the builder is in for permit. Construction expected to start April 2021.
FOREST CABIN - MAYNE ISLAND
A cozy cabin in a forested lot on Mayne Island. Another Owner-Builder project where the customer is hands-on and fully involved in organizing trades. A great way to save on building. Construction Summer 2021.

This incredible modern design has soaring ceiling and angled roofs features with a large opening living, dining, kitchen area and all 3 bedrooms on one level taking in the sea views. A 3-car garage is attached with a full walkout basement and a large deck. Over 5,400 sq ft in building area. Just starting construction that's expected to finish March 2022.
